Here is an another example of implementation of clause 18 of Gnati Reet Rivaj rules
જ્ઞાતિ રીત રીવાજ નિયમના કલમ ૧૮ નું ચુસ્ત રીતે પાલન નું વધુ એક દાખલો.
Dakshin Karnataka Zone (Dakshin Karnataka Patidar Samaj) of our samaj, which consists of 17 samaj, have unanimously passed resolutions which have very wide impact and are truly historic. Copy of the resolutions is attached here.
આપડી સમાજનું, દક્ષિણ કર્નાટક ઝોન (દક્ષિણ કર્નાટક પાટીદાર સમાજ), જેમાં ૧૭ સમાજોનું સમાવેશ થાય છે, તે ઝોન માં સર્વાનુમતે, ઐતિહાસિક નિર્ણયો (ઠરાવો) લીધા છે. આવા નિર્ણયો, અન્ય સમજો માટે એક મોટો અને સાચા અર્થ માં દાખલો છે. આ નિર્ણયોની કોપી આ ઈ-મેલ સાથે જોડેલી છે.
The name of the zone is changed to “Dakshin Karnataka Kutch Kadva Patidar Laxminarayan Sanatan Samaj”
ઝોન નું નામ બદલીને “દક્ષિણ કર્નાટક કચ્છ કડવા પાટીદાર લક્ષ્મીનારાયણ સનાતન સમાજ” રાખવામાં આવેલ છે.
This zone has set an example for all zones and samajs to follow, on how the clause 18 (of gnati reet rivaj rules) should be implemented.
જ્ઞાતિ રીત રીવાજ નિયમના કલમ ૧૮ નું ચુસ્ત પાલન કરવામાં, આ ઝોને, અન્ય સમજો અને ઝોનો માટે એક મિસાલ કાયમ કરી છે.
Highlights of the resolutions passed are… / પાસ કરેલ ઠરાવો નો નિચોડ આ પ્રમાણે છે.
1. Words “Laxminarayan Sanatan Samaj” to be added in the names of all samajs.
૧. દરેક સમાજોના નામ માં “લક્ષ્મીનારાયણ સનાતન સમાજ” શબ્દો ઉમેરવા.
2. People following Satpanth religion are barred from becoming member of the samaj.
૨. સતપંથ ધર્મ પાળનાર કોઈ પણ વ્યક્તિ સમાજનો member નહીં બની શકે.
3. Satpanthis cannot benefit from the Samuh Lagna organised any samajs in the zone.
૩. સમાજ દ્વારા યોજાતા સમૂહ લગ્ન આયોગન નો લાભ સતપનથીઓ નહીં લઈ શકે.
4. Engagements and marriages families following satpanth religion is debarred.
૪. સતપનથીઓ સાથે સગપણ કે લગ્ન સંબંધ જોડવા નહીં.
5. Not to attend any public social or religious function organised Satpanth samaj
૫. સતાપંથ સમાજ દ્વારા યોજાતા જાહેર સામાજિક અને ધાર્મિક કાર્યક્રમ માં ભાગ લેવો નહીં.
I congratulate Dakshin Karnataka Zone and its office bearers for taking this VERY VERY bold step.
હું દક્ષિણ કર્નાટક ઝોન અને તેમના પદાધીકારો તેમજ કારોબારી સભ્યોને આવા ઐતિહાસિક કદમ ઉપાડીને સમાજને ઉજ્વળ ભવિષ્ય તરફ લઈ જવામાટે કરતા પ્રયત્નો માટે ધન્યવાદ આપું છે અને આભાર વવ્યક્ત કરું છે.

પોતપોતાના ઝોન માં આવા ઠરાવ પસાર કરીને, દક્ષિણ કર્નાટક ઝોન દ્વારા શુરુ કરેલ પ્રયત્ન ને આગળ વધારવા માટે દરેક ઝોનો ને મારી ખાસ આગ્રહ ભરી વિનંતી.
